Coffee House was a wonderful artful and "art-filled" event sponsored by our fantastic PTO on March 11th. Grissom families enjoyed choir, band, and orchestra concerts as well as a display of creative student art. Desserts and coffee were offered to complete the enjoyment of the evening! Student Council members served as greeters and tour guides throughout the evening, as well as helping with set up and clean up.

Last Friday, December 4, the Student Council hosted an All School Social. This included a DJ providing great dance music, the PTO provided delicious snacks and festive hot chocolate, and many students enjoyed playing sports in the gym.

Back in September, the GMS Student Council hosted the first social of the year for the incoming 6th graders to officially welcome them to the Grissom Family. The theme was a Luau. Here are some photos of the evening:

Student Council is a fun place where the students can come together, grow as leaders, and plan for Grissom’s spirit days and socials. The students are able to plan what they want and they know what other students would want to do.
All grades are eligible for any team.
