Grissom competition cheer squad earns first place finish
A competition cheer squad from Grissom Middle School participated in competition held at the Elkhart County 4-H Fair on Friday, July 23 and came away with a first place finish! The competition squad is comprised of 7th and 8th grade cheerleaders from the 2010-2011 teams.
The 24 girls, coached by Lori Hendershot and Stacy Murphy, have been practicing over the summer. This is the first year that a squad from Grissom has participated in the competition. Congratulations to the 1st Place Cheer Squad and the coaches!

To try out and/or participate in any athletic sports team you must have a current athletic physical form on file in the Grissom office before you may try out!

Gissom Middle School has earned the U.S. Department of Environmental Protection Agency's prestigious Energy Star for energy efficiency.
