Secret Assembly for Mr. Yenna
On Wednesday, December 14th, Grissom Middle School held a secret assembly to honor all of the work Mr. Yenna has done for Riley Children's Hospital over his many years at the school. The 2009 Miss America, 2011 Miss Indiana, Mr. Yenna's family and friends, Dr. Thacker, and Susan Miles from Riley Children's Foundation were there to take part in the ceremony.
Afternoons R.O.C.K.
Afternoons R.O.C.K is an afterschool program that will be offered at Grissom Middle School starting this January. It is open to any student who is in sixth, seventh, or eighth grade. The program will run from 4 - 6:30 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday starting January 10 and ending March 8. There are no costs involved.
Girls Basketball Tryouts
Girls basketball tryouts will be held after school on December 19th, 20th, and 21st after school until 6:00 PM.

It's Thank-A-Teacher Time Again!
